Service of the Best Mortgage Broker…is that really FREE?
| Lately I’ve had an interesting conversation with my friend who is postponing house purchase due to the lack of required down payment and some other qualification issues. “Why didn’t you advertise that your service as a Mortgage Broker is FREE for your clients?” -He asked me after our usual chat. “Because it is obvious and most people know that”, – I replied. “NO, it is not!
