“As a rule, summer is not very active for housing sales”, – she says. “Buyers tend to wait for the fall”.
However, this year we can see a different picture, because the spring activity has been postponed.
“Another important thing is that we’ve seen quite a strange spring market”, – she added. “Many people decided to wait and see, and it’s interesting when they come back to the market”.
