Bank of Canada joins central banks to prevent new credit crisis


The Bank of Canada joined other five central banks in implementing
pre-emptive measures for avoiding a new global credit crisis that may
cause another recession.
On Wednesday the European Central Bank, the
U.S. Federal Reserve, the Bank of England and the central banks of
Canada, Japan and Switzerland announced they will make a cheaper access
