The Area Alderman, Joe Connelly believes it’s unacceptable. “It doesn’t reflect the opinion and view of the Calgarians. Our ward is a very diverse region,” – Connelly said.
This ad provoked angry discussions on Craigslist.
“The Calgarians should be ashamed,” – one of the respondents said.
The CalgaryFinder.com representative, Nancy Steiner, said the listing was absolutely legitimate and paid for.
“According to our official policy, we do not censor ads, but if it’s unlawful, the ad is removed at once,” – she said.
