IMF suggests that Canada should not raise rates till late 2013


According to the International Monetary Fund (IMF), the Bank of Canada
should not raise interest rates until late 2013 in order to give the
domestic economy time for returning to full capacity.
“It’s necessary
to delay the monetary tightening cycle until Canada shows better
