•    22% bought new construction, while 74% bought an already existing home.
•    55% purchased a single-detached home.
•    18% bought a condo.
•    35% of buyers were 18-34 years old.
•    5% of households intend to make a purchase in 2010.
•    53% of them are renters.
•    42% of purchase intenders are going tomake at least 20% down payment.
