It’s the lowest growth since October 2014.

In case of Vancouver, it was the 12th increase in 14 months. Moreover, the market showed a record high index of 285.83 with an annual rise by 5.79%. Meanwhile, Toronto saw HPI growing by 6.19% annually to 236.22.

Victoria showed no changes, while the rest seven markets reported declines: Toronto (−0.1%), Montreal (−0.3%), Ottawa-Gatineau (−0.7%), Edmonton (−0.8%), Calgary (−0.8%), Winnipeg (−1.0%), Quebec City (−1.5%).

At the same time, the annual comparison of the Composite 11 index shows an increase by 7.54%.
