The agency named the scandal at Home Capital Group as an example of today’s problems in the Canadian market. In addition to it, Laurentian Bank found certain problems with some of its mortgage loans.

Nevertheless, Laurentian says most of the problems concern misflagged loans, and there were no signs of a willful fraud.
