Lenders are cancelling 35 years amortization on conventional mortgages
| We just got confirmation that one of the biggest mortgage lenders will no longer allow 35 years amortization on conventional mortgages, starting May 07. We are still offering up to 40years amortization on conventional mortgages (down payment more than 20%) however this may change very soon… Read more |
