At that day the representatives of 29 countries decided to attract people’s attention all over the world to the necessity of saving and its impact not only on the economy, but on the individuals as well. As a rule, the World Savings Day is celebrated on October 31, except those countries where this day is a public holiday. The reason is simple – the main idea lies in banks being open, so that people could transfer their savings into their accounts.
So, Happy Savings Everyone! And Trick or Treat, of course!
