Actually, the first 10 months of the year showed higher sales, but only by 1% from the same period in 2009.
The average home price was $443,729 – it’s up 5% from last October average of $423,559.
In the city of Toronto prices turned out to be a bit higher – $491,157. In the rest of the GTA the average price was $410,529.
