With the recent twist in fixed rates, pre-approval topic is as hot as never. Many borrowers are trying to jump into the last wagon and reserve those below 3% rates for a fixed rate mortgage. But the question remains the same: “Does pre-approval mean that you have guaranteedto get a mortgage and you can skip condition on financing from your purchase offer?”…
