Canadian homeowners tend to upgrade their houses more often
| It seems that Canadians tend to upgrade their homes even more quickly then they initially plan. According to a recent report from TD bank, seven in ten Canadian repeat buyers moved before they had planned (42%) or had no plans to do it at all, but still are going to upgrade (27%).
