RE/MAX: more move-up buyersplan to upgrade their homes this year
According to the recent report by RE/MAX move-up buyers are planning
to increase their influence on the Canadian real estate market this
year. Among the main reasons for that significant equity gains and
extremely low interest rates are named.
The research results show that activity in this category of buyers
has increased in 2012 for 14 of 16 markets surveyed as compared to 2011.
And this tendency is expected to continue throughout 2013…
