FIXED RATE ALERT !!!
Most lenders already went up their fixed rates for approximately 25bps (0.25%). New norm for 5 yrs fixed is around 3.69%-3.79% for a time being, depending on bond market behaviour.
WE STILL HAVE FEW LENDERS WHO ARE OFFERING 3.39% FOR 5YRS FIXED. THIS OFFER MIGHT GO AWAY AT ANY MOMENT.
