Unemployment drops but businesses are not ready to invest or hire more.

According to the latest report by Statistics Canada, the unemployment rate fell by 0.2% to 6.9% in September. There were 11,900 new jobs created, which is a bit more than the expected 10,000.

In the same time, as the central bank’s recent survey shows, Canadian businesses are still not ready to invest and hire because of the low demand and unstable economic situation…
