RE/MAX: Canadian real estate prices have doubled in the last 10 years


According to the recent report by RE/MAX, Canadian housing prices have
more than doubled in the last 10 years: in 2000 the average price was
$163,951 and in 2010 it rose to $339,030. Of course, the main reason of
such an increase is new developments. But we shouldn’t forget about
another important thing – large investments into home renovation which
support a rise in asset value…
