The home buyer confidence is still weak here. Because of unstable financial situation two-thirds of those who want to buy a house say they can’t afford it now.

In general, the Mexicans aren’t very optimistic about house purchase. They are afraid of losing jobs and personal security.
United Kingdom
Because of unstable national economy and problems with personal finances many British home buyers will hardly enter the real estate market in the next 12 months.
Australia
The majority of Australian home owners had no trouble with their mortgage payments in the last year. Moreover, about half of them made additional payments.
United States
Two-thirds of American respondents believe it’s a good time to buy a house now. But in the same time people are concerned about how the U.S. economy will perform in the next year and how falling home prices will affect their personal finances.
Canada
Almost half of surveyed Canadians were positive about the economic outlook and real estate market.
India
Indian showed the best results. The majority of Indian home buyers are upbeat about the economy and their personal finances.
